Barry worked with our Executive Team and our Assistant Principals and Deans for 14 months and the outcomes in our organization were incredibly impactful. Not only did he help us strategize to integrate our Multi-Tiered System of Supports, his leadership principles actually helped move the culture. Barry’s coaching helped build our internal capacity and we are now thriving. A year after our partnership has ended, we can still see the impact on our school system, and hear our administrative teams using the language and the principles he taught us.
