WHAT WE WILL COVER

DAY 1

The Vision

What did you say yes to?*
On Day 1, we will focus on the vision you are carrying.
You will reflect on:
  • What did you say yes to?
  • What are you building?
  • What responsibility are you carrying?
  • Why does this vision matter?
  • What weight have you been carrying that needs to be named?
Vision is not just something you see.
It is something you carry.
And before you can carry it well, you must be honest about what you have actually said yes to.

DAY 2

The System

How do you move people, culture, systems, and execution toward the future you see?
On Day 2, we will focus on the system required to support the vision.
You will reflect on:
  • What needs to move for the vision to become real?
  • What people, culture, systems, or processes must shift?
  • Where is the vision being slowed down by misalignment?
  • What structure is needed to carry what you see?
  • What must be designed, not just desired?
Vision without structure becomes pressure.
The future you see must eventually become something people can understand, align with, and move toward.

DAY 3

The Leader

Who must you become to carry and lead this well?
On Day 3, we will focus on the Leader the vision requires.
You will reflect on:
  • Who must you become?
  • What is getting in the way?
  • What Leadership capacity must grow?
  • What old mindset, habit, fear, or pattern must be released?
  • What is Leadership requiring of you right now?
The vision you carry is not only asking for your effort.
It is asking for your growth.
The question is not only, “What am I building?”
The deeper question is, “Who must I become to carry what I am building?”

WHAT YOU WILL WALK AWAY WITH

By the end of the 3-Day Master Series, you will have greater clarity around:

  • The vision you have said yes to.
  • The responsibility you are currently carrying.
  • The system, structure, culture, or alignment needed to move the vision forward.
  • The Leadership capacity that must grow in you now.
  • The internal patterns that may be getting in the way.
